Step 1 – Open the ChatGPT App
Begin by opening the ChatGPT app on your device. Whether you’re using a smartphone, tablet, or computer, ensure that the ChatGPT app is installed and launched.
Step 2 – Submit Your Prompt to ChatGPT
Once you’re in the ChatGPT app, type or speak your prompt into the input field. ChatGPT will then generate a response based on your prompt using its advanced natural language processing capabilities.
Step 3 – Long Press the ChatGPT Response Message
After ChatGPT generates a response to your prompt, long press on the response message. This action will bring up a popup menu with several options.
Step 4 – Choose “Read Aloud” from the Popup
Within the popup menu, select the “Read Aloud” option. This instructs ChatGPT to convert the text response into audio format and play it back to you. The following screenshot clearly shows the read aloud option, check the circled area:

Once you’ve selected “Read Aloud,” ChatGPT will begin playing back the response as audio. You’ll hear the synthesized voice reading out the text response.
