Write down your thoughts and feelings about what you have learned, what you would do differently, and what you want to remember – which can help you someday when you rewind back from reading the diary entries.
- Gratitude – Write down things that you are grateful for in a day. This could include people in your life, experiences that you have had, or even small things like a good cup of coffee or a beautiful sunset.
Remember that your personal diary is a space for you to express yourself freely and honestly, without fear of judgment or criticism.
